Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Custom or limited-edition items are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hi@lapisclo.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping address.

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed the same as returns.

  • If your item is out of stock, we may issue a store credit instead.
