Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom or limited-edition items are non-refundable.
How to Return
Email us at hi@lapisclo.co with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a return shipping address.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed the same as returns.
If your item is out of stock, we may issue a store credit instead.
